Blind Flanges
Available to Rent or Purchase
Also called Steel Pipe End Caps, Steel Pipe Caps, Steel Pipe Pressure Flanges. We can Customize any Blind Flange to Meet Your Needs
We stock a large inventory of carbon steel blind flanges and stainless steel blind flanges in sizes that range from 1/2" to 96." Additionally, we will manufacture in special stainless steel grades, hastelloy, nickel alloy and alloy steel upon request. To combat corrosion, in addition to our standard flat black painted coating, our carbon steel products can be optionally galvanized, zinc plated, or yellow zinc chromate plated upon request.
Uses:
Blind flanges are used to seal the end of piping systems or pressure vessel openings. They are commonly used for testing the flow of gas or liquid through a pipe or vessel, in addition to allowing for easy access to the pipe in case work must be done inside the line. Often times they are used in high pressure applications.
