Universal Orifice Plates (Series 500) & Seal Rings

USA Industries' Series 500 Universal Orifice Plates are designed to be used with all standard orifice fitting assemblies or ring type joint plate holders. Standard industry sizing allows our plates to be used with any of the dual or single-chambered orifice fittings on the market. These orifice plates are the most commonly used method of differential pressure flow measurement due to their simplicity, predictable and reliable performance, ease of installation, and tolerance to extreme atmospheric conditions.
The Series 500 Universal Orifice Plates conform to the most stringent manufacturing processes in order to achieve optimum accuracy standards in the industry. If you require, our engineering staff will run your orifice bore calculations quickly and accurately on a fee basis.
Orifice plates are stocked in 304 & 316 stainless steel and are available in any material you request. Stocked metals include monel, hastelloy, copper, nickel, and more. USA Industries' will also coat your orifice plates with any coating you require.
Seal rings snap in after the orifice plate is installed into carrier. This creates a seal on the upstream side of the orifice plate and on the upstream side of the fitting seat.
